Return Policy

At Ashfiya (www.ashfiya.com), we want you to be completely satisfied with your gadget purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the following policy carefully. By shopping with us, you agree to the return terms stated below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return products under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or malfunctioning out of the box.
  • The wrong product was delivered (e.g., wrong model, color, or incorrect item).
  • You ordered a product that was later found to be out of stock, or an alternative was sent without your consent.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Unboxing Video: We highly request an unboxing video without pauses or cuts to smoothly process claims for physical damage, missing parts, or incorrect items.
  • The item must be unused, unactivated (for smart devices), and in its original intact packaging.
  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is returned without its original packaging, manuals, or included accessories.
  • There is physical damage, water damage, or signs of misuse and mishandling after delivery.
  • The product has broken security seals, warranty stickers, or visible signs of daily usage.
  • The item is a custom order, pre-order advance (if canceled late), or marked as a final clearance sale.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item delivered), Ashfiya will cover the standard return shipping costs.
  • In all other cases (such as changing your mind, if applicable), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. Replacement & Refund Processing

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, our technical team will notify you about the approval status.
  • If approved for a replacement, the new item will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
  • If approved for a refund, the amount will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
