Refund Policy

At Ashfiya (www.ashfiya.com), we strive to deliver your products quickly and efficiently. Please review our delivery policy to understand shipping timelines, coverage, and other important details regarding your order.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver to all regions of Bangladesh, including metropolitan areas and remote districts.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather, political strikes, or courier-related delays.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳70
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳110
  • Pathao Express: Based on location and package weight
  • Free Delivery: Available on selected items or during special promotional campaigns

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
  • For pre-order items, we will contact you to confirm the order once the product is available in our stock.

5. Delivery Partners

  • We partner with reliable logistics services like Steadfast, Sundarban Courier, Pathao, and our own delivery team to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your gadgets.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Advance Payment

  • Full COD is available only within Dhaka city.
  • A minimum advance payment of ৳200 is required as a security deposit for deliveries outside Dhaka.
  • Please note that this advance amount is non-refundable in the event of an order cancellation after the package has been dispatched.

7. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or email immediately after placing an order.
  • Once your package is shipped, a tracking number or courier link will be shared with you for delivery updates.

8. Failed Deliveries

A delivery attempt may fail due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect contact information or delivery address provided
  • Recipient not available at the location
  • Refusal to accept the delivery without a valid reason

In such cases, our team will contact you to arrange a second attempt. Repeated failures to receive the package may result in order cancellation.
