Refund Policy

At Ashfiya (www.ashfiya.com), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every gadget purchase. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for products purchased through our website. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website.
  • The product you ordered is out of stock, and we are unable to fulfill the delivery.
  • The product was incorrectly delivered (e.g., wrong model, color, or item).
  • You canceled the order before it was dispatched from our warehouse.

2. Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Unboxing Video: An unboxing video without pauses or cuts is highly recommended to quickly process claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
  • The item must be unused, unactivated (for smart devices), and in its original intact packaging.
  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
  • All included accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be returned with the main product.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue a refund in the following cases:

  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or included accessories.
  • Physical damage, water damage, or electrical short-circuit due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
  • Products with broken security seals, warranty stickers, or signs of usage.
  • Advance payments for Pre-Orders (if canceled after confirmation, as stated in our Pre-Order Policy).
  • Custom orders or items clearly marked as clearance/final sale.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, our technical team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or a preferred Mobile Financial Service (e.g., bKash, Nagad) / Bank Transfer.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the refund is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item delivered), Ashfiya will cover the return shipping costs.
  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer service team immediately.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our standard return/refund policy will apply upon delivery.
